This year's season of LATE at the Museum events welcomes a year-long investigation into the theme of innovation – featuring panel discussions with this country’s leading innovators and music by our top performers.

This LATE investigates the role that cultural institutions and the entertainment industry will potentially play in the lives of future generations.

To what extent must cultural activities adapt to processes of modernisation? What will the impact of digital distribution of music, movies, television and games be on the way entertainment is made and consumed?
