Inquiry Learning For a Sustainable Future
WHY USE THE INQUIRY APPROACH WHEN LEARNING FOR A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE?
AQUA offers a unique experience to engage learners in creating an emotional connection to the global water crisis and the inequity of access to fresh clean water around the world. Learners can then take action to address issues of sustainability and participate in creating a sustainable future. This learning process develops action competence. In practice, action competence is learning about environmental issues so that learners can plan, and take informed action on those issues.
