Designers Institute of New Zealand BeST Design Awards 2009

"The Designers Institute of New Zealand has held two national conferences at the Auckland Museum and had savoured this prestigious venue and all the aspects offered including very special 360 degree views of our wonderful city.
It was a pleasure that we could, for 2009, bring our national BeST Design Awards to this fine venue. The Museum Team are most professional, accommodating our requests then and this year. Courteous, quietly attentive and listening to the detail required clearly their goal was to ensure we had a seamless event that met our expectations.
The audience at the BeST Design Awards is quite mixed representing many ages from students to mature practitioners, designers and their clients, yet in this environment we were able to bring all the glamour and funkiness together naturally. The guests have declared the awards evening the BEST ever!
The Museum Team make all the preparations effortless and as our event manager Pamela Jamieson said on the day of the awards "this is the most relaxed pre awards I have ever been".
