Thinking Skills programme

During the course of 2007 a number of schools took up the offer of using the Museum as a resource for a more in-depth study of topics of their own choice. This turned out to be quite challenging but was clearly enjoyed by the students who seemed to relish the chance to apply and sharpen some of the thinking skills they were exploring in their school settings.
If your school would like to be considered for the 2008 programme please email pmillward@aucklandmuseum.com
A teacher briefing will be held for 3-4 hours in Term 1 and the selected schools will be invited to complete their on-site work in one of two or three weeks designated for the purpose in Term 4.
