Law of the LandAmazing what you find in the museum archives. This English legal document dates from 1746. Apart from showing that lawyers haven’t really changed the way they speak in over 300 years, it is notable now for one of the signatories, Humphrey Christian, who was the uncle of HMS Bounty mutineer Fletcher Christian.
