Entomology for Early Learners  

Study live and preserved specimens and investigate some of nature's most interesting creatures and their importance to the environment. Enjoy and participate through stories, experimentation and discovery.

Offered in the Stevenson's Discovery Centre, Wierd and Wonderful this programme combines facilitation with learner investigation.

In this programme learners focus on insects and arachnids to investigate their life cycles, habitats and behaviours.

In their detailed inspections, learners will use entomological tools to discover more about these small creatures of our living environments.
