GRAND FOYER

Celebrate your wedding under the elegant copper dome on the roof of the Auckland Museum, with 360 degree views of Auckland city and harbour. Host your ceremony, pre-dinner drinks and reception.

At a glance:
Seats up to 450 guests for a reception.
Host 600 guests at a cocktail-style reception.
There are two prefunction spaces accommodating 200 guests each.
Available day and evening, seven days a week.

The marbled Grand Foyer with its neo-classical Doric columns and stained-glass lead-light ceiling soaring three floors above is a truly unique venue. Host your ceremony and reception in the Grand Foyer with pre-dinner drinks on the steps of the Museum or within Origins Gallery.
