Sedre ni Kakana

Sedre ni Kakana. Food dish. The sedre is carved from kau (wood) into a shallow semi-circular shape with rounded edges and two short yava (legs) carved on the underside for support. A short bito (lug) is carved into the base near one edge also. Brown in colour with a somewhat glossy patina.
