bracelet
Shells and coloured beads bracelet. The bracelet band is comprised of four rows of shells (cowrie?) that are decorated along the centre with paired and stringed beads in ‘tear-drop’ shapes made up of yellow, red, green and blue beads on a base of red and black beads. There are 12 ‘tear-drop’ pairs and 24 in total. The two sides along the length of the band are also decorated with ‘tear-drop’ shapes in black, white and blue beads on a base of aqua blue and yellow beads. There are 11 ‘tear drops’ on each side. At one end of the bracelet is a paired ‘tear-drop’ (in black, white and blue beads on a base of aqua blue and yellow beads) with a larger teardrop in the centre with smaller green and black beads which is used to latch over the creamy coloured button on the ether end.
