Hetu. Comb. This wooden hetu is carved from one piece of kieto (ebony). A hetu can be used to comb the hair as well as to hold the hair in a style. This hetu has ten teeth and is dark in colour. It has a smooth surface treatment with a shiny patina. It curves slightly in profile.
