Food basket for suspension

Commencement at top where two sections of split coconut frond of c.120mm long that has been split longitudinally in half creating four segments with four leaves attached each. The leaves are opened flat to create the basket. Four sets of tail ends of the leaves are each braided and threaded back through the basket.
