Plaited and painted bag

Commencement at bottom, locked off at rim. Plaited in horizontal twilled twos. Two tassels at each side composed of cassowary feathers and rough bark cloth. Flat four-ply braid carrying strap. Twilled bag with outline of crocodile and bird included in the painting. Painted black, white and red ochre.
