    Cream two-piece wedding dress, c.1912.

    Made from silk and lace. Consisting of a silk overdress and sateen underdress with cotton lace at the neck, sleeves and hem. The bodice is short with swathes at the high waistline, various trims. It has short sleeves cut in one with the bodice. The bodice has a back fastening. There are glass buttons on the bodice and sleeves. The skirt is ankle length and narrow with a cut up the front to show the underskirt.
