    matched pair of percussion duelling pistols; .50 inch calibre; single twist forged octagonal Damascus smoothbore barrel; 9 ¼ inch barrel, 16 inch overall length; with wooden ramrod; “English Spur” pistol grip; silver band around base of pistol grip; engraved lock; blank rectangular escutcheon on heel of pistol grip; chequered grips
