The undersigned having been appointed registrar of dogs for the Hokianga County, doth hereby notify settlers and others in the __ neighbourhood that he or his deputy will attend at __ on the __ day __ of __ , 189_, to register all dogs. Any person failing to register on or before that date, will be liable to immediate legal prosecution. __ Rawene. Register.".
