Lediard b.20 November 1898 d.19-2-1973, lived 2 Tuperiri Rd, Epsom; was commercial photographer at 39 Victoria St W in 20s and early 30s; commissioned to work for ACC; Parks Dept, Art Gallery and Zoo; commissioned to photograph Hall of Memories etc, AWWM. Friend of Drs Falla & Powell, Gilbert Archey and G.Turbott, accompanying them on expeditions, member of Museum Institute; Pres. Auckland Botanical Society doing botanical photography for them (35mm negs and prints bequeathed to Botany Dept, Auckland University.
