Disability Access

Wheelchair access

All of the galleries in the Museum are accessible to everyone.  A wheelchair ramp is located at the two main entrances. Wheelchairs may be borrowed from the Security Desk in the Museum Foyer if needed.

Elevator lifts

The lifts are available at the two main entrances.  Please note the lifts in the new Atrium do not provide access to the galleries.  Please access galleries via the Foyer entrance.

Accessible toilets 

There are accessible toilets located on the Ground Floor at both main entrances, as well as Level one, and are shown on the Visitor Guide map.

Disabled parking

A limited number of disabled parking spaces are located in the front of the Museum and at the Atrium Entrance. Paid disabled parking is available in the Museum carpark.  A wheelchair ramp is located at the two main entrances.
