Another View

A selection of 20th Century international photographs from the Seresin family collection.

1 June – 1 July 2007
Pictorial Gallery
Free with entry donation

Another View offers a rare opportunity to see some of the most famous images in photographic history in their original form, as vintage black and white prints by Henri Cartier-Bresson, Andre Kertesz, Eugene Atget, Josef Sudek, Bill Brandt, Mario Giacomelli and G.H. Brassai among others. Assembled over the past three decades by expatriate New Zealand cinematographer Michael Seresin, the collection provides an overview of modernist photography’s key styles and image-makers.
