Exhibition Fee: US $250,000
The exhibition fee covers:
- Tour freight and logistics costs
- Exhibition transport logistics and freight arrangement logistics
- Return freight from final venue
- Design and layout advice per venue
- Installation and demount supervision
- Incoming and outgoing condition reporting including a courier
- Staff transport and per diem costs at installation and demount
- Interchangeable graphics in various languages
- Audio visual and photographic copy right fees
- Packing and crating
- Supply of media kit and images for promotional use on disk
- Copy of exhibition guide on disk
- Tour Insurance
Borrower to provide:
- Transport and freight from nearest port/airport to Museum
- Suitable exhibition environment to international standards
- Installation labour and related costs
- Security
- All local promotion and marketing for the exhibition
