WWI SANCTUARY, LEVEL 2
In October 1917, in the farmlands of Belgium, New Zealand suffered one of its greatest tragedies. The battle of Passchendaele marked the greatest loss of life for New Zealand in any military engagement. On this anniversary join us for a commemorative service held in partnership with the Passchendaele Society
To commemorate Passchendaele, on October 12 the Museum will be lit red.
