    Admitted to 34th Casualty Clearing Station, 12 October 1918; transferred to 74th Casualty Clearing Station, 17 October 1918; to 71st General Hospital, Helouan, 17 October 1918 (malaria: severe); discharged to Aotea Convalescent Home, 22 November 1918.
    Commenced return to New Zealand from Suez on board HT 'Nestor', 28 December 1918; discharged, 7 October 1919.
