    Reported missing, 8 August 1915.
    Admitted to 16th Casualty Clearing Station, 10 August 1915 (gun shot wound, buttock); transferred by HS 'Gascon' to Malta, 16 August 1915, and admitted to Military Hospital, Floriana.
    Died of wounds, 16 August 1915.
