To-night at the Masonic Hall an honors board will be unveiled. The board has been presented to the Loyal Gisborne Lodge. I.0.0. F,, M.U., by Mr and Mrs C. H. Ambridge as a memorial to their son, Rifleman C. T. Ambridge, who died recently of wounds received. The board was made to his own design by Mr D. M. A. Bradley of Auckland, and measures 4 feet by 3 feet. The design is handsome and artistic. On the top of the board, which is made of New Zealand woods, is a laurel wreath encircling the inscription "In Memorian, Bro. C. T Ambridge, P.G.. December 14, 1916.” (Date of death). In the centre there are three panels surmounted by the emblem of the lodge, and along the bottom is another panel on which the names of seven members who have made the supreme sacrifice are inscribed. The words "Justice” and "Liberty" appear at the base of two artistic columns. There are 41 members of the Lodge who hare gone on active service. The unveiling will be performed by Bro. J. Warren.
