      Embarked Wellington, 2 April 1916; disembarked Suez, 3 May 1916.
      Embarked Alexandria for France, 10 May 1916; joined 2nd Bn, Auckland Infantry Regiment, in the field, 15 June 1916.
      Killed in action, 21 September 1916.
