  • Herbert Waghorn was an adored son, husband and father. His picture was ALWAYS beside my mother's bedside. As his granddaughter I was told the story of his horrendous injuries and how stoic he was about getting on with his life as best he could. He was a sporty, handsome man. I am grateful to the Padre who saved his life otherwise I wouldn't be here today.
