    • John Lack was the son of Caroline Kumarick (formerly Lack), of Abraham St., Thames, New Zealand (Source: Commonwealth War Graves Commissio). CWWGC incorrectly states that his mother was his wife.

      Next of kin, in Nominal Roll entry, incorrectly stated as his mother when she was actually his grandmother. AWMM
