  • I never knew you my Great Grandfather, but every Anzac I remember you, your daughter (my grandmother) told me you came back from the war unwell, people call it 'shell shock', I will never know the horror you saw whilst at war. I never had a name for you I will name you Papa, for your wife was Mama to me. I will remember you always Papa xxx
