  • Harry Langridge was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Montague Langridge, of 16 Riverbank, Wanganui, New Zealand.

    New Zealand at the Front ( a magazine written and published and illustrated in France by men of the New Zealand Division) 1917 issue, page141. Some H Company sailed on the Willochra

    Embarked Wellington, 16 October 1916; disembarked Plymouth, England, 29 December 1916, marched in to NZ Reserve Group, Sling Camp, and reverted to the ranks.
    Proceeded overseas to France, 11 February 1917; NZ Base Depot, Etaples, 13 December 1917; taken on strength, 4th Bn, NZ Rifle Brigade, in the field, 21 April 1917, and posted to B Company.
    Reported missing, believed wounded, 7-8 June 1917; subsequently declared killed in action, 7 June 1917.
