When Neanderthals and Modern Humans met
Allan Wilson Centre Lecture Series
Just 60,000 years ago, we were not the only species of humans in the world. There were at least three others. In this talk, Professor Tom Higham will look at how modern humans came out of Africa and describe the new research undertaken to uncover the chronology of these events. Professor Higham is the Deputy Director of the Oxford Radiocarbon Accelerator Unit at the University of Oxford and has more than 20 years’ experience.
