      One very large patch (c.50 m south of DBR 476 (AK
      250903)) covering scrub c.4 m wide by 2 m high and
      climbing up nearby trees to c.6 m; with numerous
      seedlings present also. DBR 490a stems with
      rhizomes, buried over 15 cm deep. DBR 490b seedling
      - specimen shows plants are seedlings and haven't
      merely arised from spreading rhizomes. Stems dark
      green, leaves shining above, flowers white.
