  • Description

    Aū’a. Bowl. Carved from a single piece of ra'au (wood), circular in shape, and without legs. The outer surface is entirely decorated with deep incisions consisting of patterns and motifs. Brown in colour. There are cracks visible across the upper walls of the aū’a. There are also three strips of possibly fabric tape, dark brown/grey in colour, stuck across the cracks.
