    Dance Club (English)

  • Description

    Napa, (dance club) from Santa Cruz.

    Dense wood. Butt at proximal end of grip. Four lugs two at each side each have three holes drilled through for taking fibre fringe. Fibre is missing. Two small drilled holes at distal end one on each side of club. Painted decoration in two tones, black and brown. Remnants of white pigment in decoration. Squared suspension hole at base of butt. Low relief carving at two sections of dance club top surface. Grip flare to body of club, which then tapers to pointy distal end.
