    Adze blade (English)

  • Description

    'Arā. Adze blade. Small in size. Carved from a single piece of ofa'i (stone). Trapezoidal in cross-section, with a moderately steep bevel, and a sharp cutting edge. Prominent groove in-between the shoulder and the poll. Flaking visible across the poll. Grey in overall colour with slight brown colouring.
