  • Description

    quiver and arrows. Bamboo quiver with ten plaited decorative bands of split cane towards the open end of the quiver. Lid of quiver is plaited split cane. Carrying strap of quiver is of soft plaited fibre, to which is attached a bone. 36 arrows inside, although white tag states "39 arrows" only 36 were found (10 Dec. 2014). Arrows are slim palm wood (?) one end tapers to a sharp point. Other end is set into a round wood plug.
