    Used to carry hair pieces and eye glasses worn by Tony Rex as a member of the Kiwi Concert Party in WW2 when he played the part of Schubert in Schubertiana. Made from tin and is decorated with desert scene. The tin also has text: MACKINTOSH/ BY APPOINTMENT/ TOFFEE/ DE LUXE . Possibly acquired during war in Middle East.

    Inside the tin is a membership card that reads: ALEXANDRA FLEET CLUB/ HONORARY MEMBER. On the reverse written in ink is: THE ARMY ARE NOT ADMITTED TO THE FLEET CLUB SO THIS IS CERTAINLY A GOOD SOUVENIER
