Here a pottery peach tied with braided reeds serves as a container for candies from Okayama Prefecture. the inspiration for the design is the fairy tale of Momotaro, the boy born from a peach. the attatched tag carries the name of the shop, the name of the original designer of the package, and the name of the pottery - the famous Bizen ware of Okayama. appropriately enough, Okayama was the scene of the peach boy's adventures.
