    Pareu. Dance skirt. Composite materials. Skirt is made up of multiple strands of kiriau (hibiscus fibre) thickly layered. At the top of the skirt is the waistband with decorative elements across the width. Deocrative elements include: poepoe seeds, matakoviri seeds, puka seeds with kiriau tassles, white tungangi shells, red and yellow pupu shells, and raroara shells. Golden natural colour.
