    watch with cylinder escapement, bar movement and enamel dial with seconds subdial, the watch is missing all hands and the covering to the face, machine engraved case. Maker's name is under the 12 on face. Roman numerals. Back opens to wind. Stamped on inside back are "VG" inside diamond, ARGENT around shield and "19150"
