    gown, christening, white cotton, entirely handworked; the major feature being a triangular centre front panel worked in 'broderie anglaise' technique.

    Last Christening in gown was in 1931 of Pat, first daughter of Murdoch (Dick) Welch and Mary Welsh. Note the existence of photo albums Sinclair, McDonald and Welsh in A.I.M. library MS1141.
