    Basket, backpack

    Made from rattan, cane, and palm fibre. The base is a coil technique weave with dried cane in a circular shape.The sides of basket are plait technique weave rattan in multi-colours of natural dried colour and coloured dark brown, which create patterns of diamond and triangle boarders around the basket. The rim of the basket is rope of wrapped woven palm leaf fibre. 2 straps on either side of the basket are woven from cane with plait technique that connect to cord of cane that passes under the basket and across to the handle on the opposing side
