    Made from cane. A plait technique weave is used to create a diamond shaped pattern. The cane coloured red and natural brown colour. The handbag is rectangle shaped. 2 rattan hinges on one side. Small metal pins visible in frame connecting the weave to the frame. A handle on the top. Damaged to plait weave near the handle. There are remnants of a rattan closure
