  • Description

    Pare. Hat. Personal adornment/accessory. Made from pandanus strips and hibiscus fibre. Round 'bowl' shape with red decorative patara overlay around the side and hibiscus fringe all around the rim/ circumference. Single handle or strap attached transverse. Handle is delicate and stabilised with support; is woven and decorative elements incorporated into the flat weaving. Natural and red in colour.
