  • Description

    Bronze figure, dark brown colour with red areas. [Tara, consort of Bodhisattva]. Depicts a female figure sitting with both knees bent up, one hand holds flower and the other rests on the ground, with thumb and index finger touching. There is a flower that goes along the side of their arm. Base missing, the sculpture now rests on a post. Sculpture loose at waist. The figure is only wearing pants, but is otherwise not clothed. They are also barefoot.

    Wearing a necklace and large earrings. Cone shaped ornament on the back of the head.
