    Ta'ovala (Tongan)

  • Description

Ta'ovala Fanakio. Fanakio waistmat. This ta'ovala is woven entirely from fanakio (fibre) strips, due to its small size it would most likely be for a small child. The top edge is lined with red fabric and the bottom edge is knotted to form fringing.
