(.2) The skirt fitted to hips, with a little fullness below created by two widely spaced tucks sewn down to knee level; no waistband; the waist edge defined with seven adjacent rows of flat cream (silk) cord; with five rows of same around hipline; with short plastic zipper to upper centre back and metal hook/eye fastening to uppermost centre back; fully-lined in cream silk; cord hanging tapes sewn into each side at waist seam.
