  • Description

    fish hook, two-piece shank. Made on the rim of a paua shell. Three groups of 6 notches on the outside edge along the body. The lower end has been squared off. Shank head is wider than the shank limb and rounded. There is a shallow notch on each side of the head where the body widens out.
