    Drum

    Made from wood, animal skin, and plant fibre. A cylindrical shaped wooden body that has been hollowed and has a slight convexity at the centre of the body. The skins at the top and bottom of the drum are made out of a stretched animal skin that is coloured a dark brown. The skins are attached to the drum with 'W' shaped animal skin lacing between the skins with horizontal knots between the vertical threads. One side of the drum has a twisted plant fibre handle attached to the lacing
