  • Description

    Ulu fua miti. Beater, or short club implement. This ulu fua miti has been carved from solid kieto (ebony wood). Used mainly as a weapon, it has a cylindrical shaft with a rounded bulbous head. There is a suspension hole drilled through the butt of the handle. Some cracks are visible along the surface of the handle. The ulu fua miti is dark in colour with dark surface treatment.
