    i Wau Kiakavo. Club. This i wau kiakavo is carved from kau (wood) with a prominent pommel and a long shaft that is round in section. Around the grip end, magimagi (coconut sennit) lashing is wrapped in contrasting bands of black and brown colour. The underside of the head is carved in light relief with rough criss-cross patterning. The i wau kiakavo is medium brown in colour.
