    [Brass] figure of Cupid sitting on a large bird. Figure wears a hat, and a piece of cloth draped around his bare chest floats in the wind behind him. He holds a bow and arrow poised to shoot. The bird stands on an oval base. Bird has engraved details on feathers on body and wings. Figure is a separate part with a screw at the bottom that fits into a hole in the bird's back.

    A hole through the figure's leg and the bird's body at the same point suggests another screw may have originally been fitted to hold the figure in place.
